This policy explains what information Nebulum (“we,” “us”) collects on this pre-launch page, why, and your choices. It covers this early-access site only. Questions? Email hello@nebulum.io.

What we collect

Your survey answers (and anything you type in optional fields)	If you choose to answer the short survey.
Payment details for the $5 founding reservation	Collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
Usage & device data: pages/actions viewed, browser and device type, approximate location from IP address, referring URL, and marketing identifiers (UTM parameters and ad-click IDs such as fbclid/gclid)	Automatically, as you use the page.

Why we use it

To add you to the early-access list and email you about launch.
To understand which features matter most, so we build the right thing.
To process your founding-member reservation (and refund it on request).
To measure and improve our advertising — including which ad brought you here.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run this page, each acting on our behalf:

PostHog — product analytics (how the page is used).
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel.
Stripe — payment processing for the reservation.
Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
Our email provider — to send the confirmation and launch emails.

Cookies & tracking

PostHog and the Meta Pixel use cookies and similar browser storage to recognize your session and measure our ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the page still works.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
Access or delete your data — email hello@nebulum.io and we’ll take care of it.
Refund your $5 reservation anytime, no questions.

Data retention

We keep your information while it’s useful for early access and launch, and delete it on request or when it’s no longer needed.

Children

This page isn’t directed to anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll revise the date above when we do.
